Every so often you can catch the beginnings of something beautiful and Brewsmiths, Birmingham has given us just that opportunity.
Nestled close to Snow HIll Station, a throw away from Kerang Radio offices this may be the Moldy Peaches of coffee shops.
Kate and Dave offer just about everything you could hope for from a coffee-shop. SImple, quirky, wi-fi (free), great music, the yummiest of cakes and most importantly a warmth for all who came in and a passion for coffee (and their own coffee blends).
I had my first chemex prepared brew which gave an amazing crispness to the coffee enabling all the citrus notes to push through while eliminating that overly bitter after-taste.
a little note- I love the Moldy Peaches.
