Basic understanding of what is normal in a charities accounts or governing documents is accepted as part of the role of a trustee. So why not the organisations ICT too?
Sadly some trustee boards find ICT use and the additional voice and reach that social media tools can give their organisation too daunting.
Although its now a couple of years old, the free ICT Hub/NCVO ‘ICT Survival Guide for Trustees’ is still a key manual with lots of sound advice for any board to work through.
